Get basic tech questions answered from the comfort of your home. You have unlimited free calls for all of your basic computer and tech questions, Ask an Agent membership also allows for an additional 20% discount off all TotalTech services.

Subscription Requirements

  • Six months minimum commitment required on all plans
  • All plans include initial tune-up and PC registration
  • $30 setup fee required for Personal Subscription and Ask-a-Tech plans. $50 setup fee required for Family Subscription Plan
  • No refund of setup
  • Annual subscription refund at managers discretion
