Robocall Mitigation Program

Pursuant to 47 CFR 64.6305(B)(4), the Company has designated a point of contact to receive notice of any incidents of illegal robocall traffic. LPC Connect has filed with the Federal Communications Commission the necessary Robocall Mitigation Program that includes the where to provide notice to LPC Connect of alleged incidents of illegal robocall traffic on LPC Connect’s network.  LPC Connect’s designated agent for notification of alleged incidents of illegal robocall traffic is as follows:
